סול-ג'ל טכנולוגיות בע"מ (NASDAQ:SLGL) חברת דרמטולוגיה בשלב הקליני שמתמקדת בזיהוי, פיתוח ומסחור מוצרי תרופות ממותגות וגנריות לטיפול מקומי במחלות עור, הודיעה היום שהיא התקשרה בהסכם שישי לשיתוף פעולה עם פריגו ישראל, חברה מסונפת של Perrigo Company plc ("פריגו") (NYSE; TASE: PRGO), לפיתוח, ייצור ומסחור של מוצר גנרי פוטנציאלי.

כמו בהסכמים הקודמים של סול-ג'ל עם פריגו, פריגו תבקש אישור רגולטורי ממינהל המזון והתרופות של ארה"ב (FDA) עבור המוצר הגנרי הפוטנציאלי הזה. אם FDA תאשר, פריגו הסכימה למסחר את המוצר הגנרי הפוטנציאלי בארצות הברית. סול-ג'ל ופריגו יחלקו את הוצאות הפיתוח ואת הרווחים הגולמיים שיופקו מהמכירות של המוצר הגנרי הפוטנציאלי, אם יאושר.
