סול-ג'ל מודיעה על התמחור של ההנפקה של המניות הרגילות

סול-ג'ל טכנולוגיות בע"מ (Nasdaq: SLGL) ("סול-ג'ל" או "החברה"), חברת דרמטולוגיה בשלב הקליני שמתמקדת בזיהוי, פיתוח ומסחור מוצרי תרופות ממותגות וגנריות לטיפול מקומי במחלות עור, הודיעה היום על התמחור של ההנפקה שלה באמצעות חיתום של מספר כולל של 1,250,000 מניות רגילות במחיר הנפקה של $8.00 למניה רגילה. כל המניות הרגילות מוצעות על ידי סול-ג'ל.
ההכנסות ברוטו מהמכירה של המניות הרגילות, לפני הפחתת עמלות והנחות חיתום והוצאות הנפקה אחרות, צפויות להיות בערך 10.0 מיליון דולר. ההנפקה צפויה להיסגר ב-12 באוגוסט 2019 או בסמוך לו, בכפוף למילוי תנאי הסגירה המקובלים. החברה גם העניקה לחתמים אופציה של 30 יום לרכוש עד 187,500 מניות רגילות נוספות במחיר ההנפקה לציבור בניכוי עמלות והנחות חיתום.
