פסיפיק גרין תקבל מימון חוב לפיתוח אגירת אנרגייה של הסוללה הראשונה שלה בפארק האנרגיה ריצ'בורו

Pacific Green Technologies, Inc. ("החברה" או "PGTK", (OTCQB:PGTK)) מודיעה כי חתמה על מכתב הצעה מ- Close Leasing Limited ("CLL"),במסגרתו CLL תספק מימון חוב של 23 מיליון ליש"ט (31.6 מיליון דולר ארה"ב) לבניית מערכת אגירת אנרגיה לסוללה בהספק של 99.8 מגוואט ("BESS") שהחברה מפתחת בקנט, אנגליה.
פיתוח BESS, הממוקם בפארק האנרגיה ריצ'בורו, יפותח באמצעות חברת הבת בבעלות מלאה של החברה, פסיפיק גרין אחסון אנרגיה (בריטניה) בע"מ. המימון, הכפוף לבדיקת נאותות סופית, צפוי להגיע למימון הכספים ברבעון הרביעי של 2021. אגירת האנרגיה בפארק האנרגיה עומדת בלוח הזמנים לשנת 2022.
