ראשון בבוקר - דיון בבית המשפט בחיפה על שחרור ספינת הנשים שניסתה להגיע לעזה

ביום ראשון הקרוב 12.11.2017 בשעה 9:00 בוקר בבית המשפט המחוזי בחיפה יתקיים דיון נוסף בפני כבוד השופט רון סוקול, סגן נשיא, בשיחרור של ספינת הנשים זייתונה-אוליבה.

ב-5 באוקטובר 2016 נתפסה הספינה זייתונה-אוליבה במים בינלאומיים על ידי חיל הים הישראלי.

משט הנשים שאורגן על ידי קואליצת משט החרות נועד להביא מסר של תקוה לתושבי עזה הנצורים, למחות על הסגר המוטל על ידי ישראל על הרצועה ולקרוא ללחץ בינלאומי על ישראל כדי להסיר את הסגר באופן מיידי.

הפרקליטות תזמן הפעם עדים לנושא רשימת המוצרים שמותר להכניס לעזה ועצירת הספינה במים בינלאומיים.

בית המשפט לימאות ממשיך לדון בבקשת מדינת ישראל להחרים את הספינה.
