גוש שלום: סמֻ"ר עמית בן יגאל הוקרב על ידי מדינת ישראל על מזבח שלטון הכיבוש, הרחבת ההתנחלויות ותכניות הסיפוח
גוש שלום כואב את מותו המיותר של סמ"ר עמית בן יגאל שנפל בקרב בכפר יעבד, לשם שלחה אותו מדינת ישראל כדי לאכוף שלטון כיבוש. עמית בן יגאל מצטרף לשורה ארוכה מאד וכואבת מאד של קרבנות צעירים שמדינת ישראל הקריבה וממשיכה להקריב - על מזבח שלטון הכיבוש הנמשך כבר 53 שנה, על מזבח הרחבת ההתנחלויות, על מזבח הסיפוח שאותו מתכננת הממשלה שתקום השבוע. ידע כל שר וכל חבר כנסת המצביע בעד סיפוח, בעד הרחבת התנחלויות, בעד המשך שלטון ישראל בשטח הנקרא בשפת הימין "יהודה ושומרון", כי בהצבעתו זו הוא חורץ את גורלם של צעירים נוספים לשפוך לשווא את דמם. אין פתרון אחר ואין דרך אחרת לסיום שפיכות הדמים אלא סיום הכיבוש, הוצאת צה"ל מכל השטחים שנכבשו בשנת 1967 והסכם שלום בין מדינת ישראל הריבונית למדינת פלסטין הריבונית, שהקו הירוק יהיה גבול השלום ביניהן.

Gush Shalom mourns the unnecessary death of Staff Sergeant Amit Ben Yigal who fell in battle at the village of Ya’bad, where the State of Israel sent him to enforce occupation rule. Amit Ben Yigal joins a very long and painful line of young victims who were sacrificed by the State of Israel on the altar of a 53 years old occupation, on the altar of settlement expansion, on the altar of the annexation plans of the government which is to be inaugurated his week.
