Rally in support of the al-Hallaq family during the second hearing in the case of the police officer who shot Eyad al-Hallaq to death.

مظاهرة لدعم عائلة الحلاق خلال النقاش الثاني بمحكمة الشرطي الذي قام بقتل اياد الحلاق رحمة الله عليه.

بالنقاش الاول بالقضية شاهدنا مشهد ساخر و سيء،الذي شمل ايضا هجوم فاضح ضد عائلة الحلاق التي تطالب بالعدالة من اجل ابنها الذي قتل على يدي الشرطي،خلال عبارات "ارهابيين" لوالدي اياد حلاق المثكلين.
خلال النقاش الاول الشرطي و عائلته الذي قام بقتل اياد اختبئ وراء الشاشة،حتى لا يضطروا للنظر بعيني والدي اياد الحلاق و رؤية اثار هذه الجريمة،والداي اياد الحلاق ذهبوا للمحكمة من اجل البحث عن العدالة من اجل ابنهم الي قتل فقط بسبب كونه فلسطيني الذي ما زال يصنع طريقة بالمدرسة التي تعلم تعلم بها في البلدة القديمة ب٣٠/٥/٢٠٢٠ و عانوا من عبارات عنصرية و دعم لقتل ابنهم.
حادثة اياد حلاق استطاعت ان تصل للتيار الاسرائيلي و كسر حاجز الصمت.ممنوع ان ننسى هذه الحوادث التي تحدث كثيرا اكثر من ما يتوقع.
كل فلسطيني و فلسطينية معرضين ان يكونوا في نفس موقف اياد،يعيشون بخطر ان يشكوا بهم كارهابيين.
هذا ايضا كان قدرها لداليا سمودي،التي قتلت خلال اجتياح قوات الجيش لحي جبريات بجنين"طرق من اجل وقف المظاهرات"ب٧/٨/٢٠٢٠.هذا ايضا قدره لعماد شفيف ابو عفيفة الذي يبلغ من العمر ١٨ الذي اصيب برصاصة براسه بشهر مارس الماضي الذي كان يتجول مع صديقة بالحورشة،بجانب مخيم العروب الذي سكن به و غيره الكثير.
و هكذا نصل بان نطالب بالعدالة لاياد و لكل فلسطيني اعدم على يدي الاحتلال الاسرائيلي و حقنا الاساسي بالامان لجميعنا.
سوف نصل من اجل ان نقيم احتجاج ضد الاستيطان.
لن ننسى تجربتهم بالتستر بتحقيق القتل،اخفاء الفيديوهات من سبع كاميرات امن التي كانت موجودة طوال طريق الذي هرب من خلاله اياد من مهاجميه و الحقيقة بان هذا حدث فقد بعد ثلاثة اشهر بعد القتل.
انضموا الينا ب٩/٥.من اجل دعم عائلة اياد و ان نريهم باننا لم ننسى موته المؤسف،و الوقف بالنصف بين العائلة و داعمين الشرطي القاتل،و هذا من اجل ان لا نسمح لهم بان ياذوا مرة اخرى عائلة اياد.
انضموا الينا بالمطالبة باخذ المسؤولية الشخصية و العامة على قتل و هذا من اجل خلق واقع اخر.

בדיון הראשון בתיק צפינו במראה ציני ומרושע, שכלל תקיפה חסרת בושה של משפחת אלחלאק בזמן שהיא מבקשת צדק עבור בנה שנרצח על ידי שוטר, תוך קריאות "מחבלים" לעבר ההורים השכולים.
במהלך הדיון הקודם השוטר שירה באיאד ובני משפחתו הסתתרו מאחורי פרגוד, כך שלא יאלצו להסתכל בעיניים של הוריו של איאד ולראות בעיניהם את השלכות הפשע. הוריו של איאד הגיעו לבית המשפט בחיפוש צדק עבור בנם שנרצח רק בשל היותו פלסטיני בעודו עושה את דרכו לבית הספר בו למד בעיר העתיקה ב-30 במאי 2020 וספגו קריאות גזעניות ותמיכה ברוצח בנם.
המקרה של איאד הצליח לפרוץ למיינסטרים הישראלי ולסדוק את חומת האדישות. אסור לשכוח שמקרים כאלה מתרחשים לעתים קרובות יותר ממה שחודר את התודעה הישראלית. כל פלסטיני ופלסטינית עלולים למצוא את עצמם במצבם של איאד, נתונים בסכנה שיזוהו כחשודים, כמחבלים.
זה היה גורלה של דאליא סמודי, שנהרגה במהלך פשיטה של הצבא על שכונת ג'באריאת בג'נין מ"אמצעי לפיזור הפגנות", ב 7 באוגוסט 2020. זה היה גורלו של עמאר שפיק אבו עפיפה בן ה-18 אשר נורה בראשו במרץ האחרון כשטייל עם חברו הטוב בחורשה, ליד מחנה הפליטים אל-ערוב שבו התגורר ושל רבים אחרים.
על כן נגיע לדרוש צדק לאיאד ולכל פלסטיני שהוצא להורג על ידי הכיבוש הישראלי ואת הזכות הבסיסית לביטחון עבור כולנו.
נגיע להביע מחאה גם כלפי מח"ש והתנהלותה. לא נשכח את ניסיונות הטיוח בחקירת הרצח, את העלמת הצילומים משבע מצלמות האבטחה לאורך המסלול לאורכו איאד ברח מתוקפיו ואת העובדה ששחזור האירוע בוצע רק שלושה חודשים לאחר הרצח.
הצטרפו אלינו ב-9.5. כדי לתמוך במשפחתו של איאד ולהראות להם שלא שכחנו את מותו המיותר, ולעמוד כחוצץ בין המשפחה לבין תומכי השוטר הרוצח. וזאת כדי לא לאפשר להם לפגוע שוב פעם במשפחתו של איאד!
הצטרפו אלינו לדרוש לקיחת אחריות אישית וציבורית על הרצח וזאת על מנת לנסות ולייצר מציאות אחרת!

During the first hearing we saw cynical and malicious counter-protestors, including shameless physical attacks on the al-Hallaq family as they asked for justice for their son who was murdered by the police. This included calling the bereaved parents "terrorists".
During the hearing, the officer who shot Eyad was concealed behind a screen along with his family, instead of being forced to look into the eyes of Eyad's parents and to see in their eyes the consequences of his crime. Eyad's parents came to court searching for justice for their son, who was murdered simply for being Palestinian as he made his way to the school where he studied in the Old City on 30th May 2020. Instead they experienced racist challenged and support for their son's murderer.
Eyad's story managed to break into the international media and to crack its wall of apathy. Never forget that stories like these happen regularly, and only rarely do they garner media attention. Every Palestinian could find themself in Eyad's situation, perniciously identified as a suspect or as a terrorist.
This was the fate of Dalia Samudi, who was killed by "crowd dispersal" weapons during an army raid in the al-Jabiriyat neighbourhood of Jenin on 7th August 2020. It was the fate of Amar Shafiq Abu Afifa, the 18 year old who was shot in the head in March 2022 while hiking with his friend in a forest near the Al-Aroub refugee camp where he lived. It has been the fate of countless others.
Therefore we are gathering to demand justice for Eyad and all the Palestinians who have been killed by the Israeli occupation, and to demand the basic rights to life and safety for all. We will also gather to protest against the police's Internal Affairs department, Mahash. We will not forget the attempted whitewash in the murder investigation, the concealing of footage from seven security cameras on the path along which Eyad fled from his attackers, or the fact that the reconstruction of the event was only carried out three months after the murder.
Join us on 9th May to support Eyad's family, to show them that we haven't forgotten this callous killing, and to stand as a protective presence between the family and the supporters of the murderous police officer, so as not to allow them to touch the al-Hallaq family again. Join us to call for personal and systemic accountability for this murder as we try to build a different reality
